How much does it cost?

We try to keep things really simple at The Academy. The price for a membership is $120/month. This price includes unlimited classes as well as unlimited use of the gym during open hours. There are no hidden fees.

There are no contracts. You can cancel your membership at any time (we just ask for 14 days written notice). We use recurring billing that comes out of any checking account or credit card and we do this in house in order to make sure you are taken care of the way you should be.

Private Lessons

Private, semi-private, and small group classes are available upon request.

  • 1 hr private lesson: $100
  • Prepaid block of 10 hrs: $900 (Saves $100)

Jiu Jitsu

Basic Jiu Jitsu

This is an introductory level class is the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). BJJ is known throughout the world as the most realistic and effective system of self-defense available today. Although this class is focused solely on the application of BJJ in self defense and real fights, it has amazing effects on fitness and strength. A uniform (gi) is required. There is no experience necessary. There is no live sparring (rolling) in this class.

Intermediate Jiu-Jitsu
This is an intermediate class that focuses on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo and Wrestling. A student must pass the Basic test or have approved prior experience to attend. A gi is required. There will be live rolling in this class.

Advanced Jiu-Jitsu
This class is for Blue Belts and above only.

Kickboxing

Basic Kickboxing

This is an introductory level class that combines elements of Traditional Muay Thai kickboxing and the modern sport of Boxing for the most comprehensive striking techniques used today. This class will focus on the correct development and application of technique while providing one of the most sought after workouts around. The following equipment is required: handwraps, jump rope, bag gloves, shin pads. There is no experience necessary. There is no live sparring in this class.

Grappling Circuit Training

This is a guided training period. Students will be run through a series of drills and partner changes for 45 min in order to improve conditioning. Uniforms are optional. No experience is necessary. There will be no instruction of new techniques, this class is made up entirely of live drilling and rolling.
